The Guidelines and Rules in this document are intended to govern the use of the Evergreen Clubhouse and its facilities by the Residents of the Cathedral Grove and Kaleden Strata Townhouse complexes and their guests.
Clubhouse Facility Rental Checklist
This Checklist must be completed by the Clubhouse Caretaker in concert with the hosting Strata Unit Owner/Resident prior to the rental of a Clubhouse facility.
