By checking “I agree” below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement and the Evergreen Clubhouse Handbook Rules. I also agree to hold harmless the Evergreen Clubhouse from any liability that may arise from my function. I understand that any misrepresentation as to the nature of the function, a breach or non-compliance of any of the terms and conditions of this contract may result in financial penalties being assessed against myself by the Evergreen Clubhouse. I understand that at any time during the rental period, any breaches of the BC Provincial Health Regulations and Guidelines and/or the Evergreen Clubhouse Handbook Rules by any party in attendance at the function, may result in the Evergreen Clubhouse Caretaker cancelling the rental. In the event of such an occurrence, all attendees must immediately vacate the Clubhouse venue and the damage deposit will be forfeited. I am aware that all items, including garbage, must be removed at the end of the rental and that failing to remove such items may result in a forfeiture of all, or a portion of, the damage deposit. No confetti may be used and no tape may be adhered to any surfaces. I am aware that any actual costs or financial penalties resulting from this rental may be assessed by the Evergreen Clubhouse against the Strata Lot of the Owner listed above.
