By checking “I agree” below, I agree to abide by this Agreement and the Evergreen Clubhouse Handbook Rules. We also agree to hold harmless the Evergreen Clubhouse from any liability that may arise from our booking of a guest suite. We understand that any misrepresentation as to the nature of the booking, a breach or non-compliance of any of the terms and conditions of this contract may result in financial penalties being assessed against ourselves by the Evergreen Clubhouse. We understand that at any time during the booking period, any breaches of the BC Provincial Health Regulations and Guidelines and/or the Evergreen Clubhouse Handbook Rules by any party, may result in the Evergreen Clubhouse Caretaker cancelling the booking. In the event of such an occurrence, all attendees must immediately vacate the guest suite and Clubhouse facilities and the $250 damage deposit will be forfeited. We are aware that all items, including garbage, must be removed at the end of the booking and that failing to remove such items may result in a forfeiture of all, or a portion of, the damage deposit. Nothing may be adhered to any surfaces. We are aware that any actual costs or financial penalties resulting from this guest suite rental may be assessed by the Evergreen Clubhouse against the Strata Lot of the Owner listed above.
